2012 Entry Form

CALLING ALL LADIES!

The EPA are now taking entries for the 2012 Ladies Tour.

24/25 March – Q Room Derby
6/7 May – Club 147 Leicester
28/29 July – Players Lounge
22/23 September – Jordans Kent
27/28 October – TBA

Any player wishing to enter the tour must send in a form with their name, address, contact number and email, with a £70 deposit to the Tournament Director. Full amount to paid by 28 February 2012. The cost to enter the tour is £270.
